I don't understand what the issue is meant to be. The quotes that OOP gave are like... literally the definition of communism. There is no opinion on whether communism is good or bad. Is OOP complaining that learning about communism is bad?

Funny, but I read it as if the mother wrote that.
Either way, their kid needs to keep her future children away from that crazy parent.

Yeah, the “himself” threw me off.
Notice the handwritten pages at the bottom. OOP's daughter was probably in a history or politics class and was taking notes on Marx.
You know, how class notes work?
