Not great to be honest. Recently I've had a number of issues with work, some of them my fault some not, from "funny" moments to being threatened with physical violence and the worst customer complaint I ever got, which was unjustified and basically down to that customer being a crazy old lady.

I think I'm about to tell my biggest client I'm moving on from working with them so I can focus my business on other things and it's stressing me out, kind of the same feeling as when you have to dump your first girlfriend and scared of what's gonna come next but know you have to.

It's never fun to be in the position of needing to fire a client, but I've been there. Trust that it's the best for your company's long-term success. Things will proceed much more smoothly without their roadblocks.

Thanks, you're completely right. It should be an easy decision, it was always the plan to pivot the business to more fulfilling niches eventually but it's stressful to let stable income go away. I can't focus on the next steps while tied down to them, they keep me too busy.

Sounds complicated, hope it will get better in the future.

Courage, ça va aller!
