Correct. Would only change "number one secretary" for "First Secretary" cuz it's a title but I'm not proficient at argentinian legalese nor english

I was thinking maybe Prime Secretary? Or maybe First Degree Secretary? I'm not sure what 1° actually means in this context 😅

That's just the Spanish equivalent of "1st". I dunno how this organization is structured, but sometimes there are multiple vice presidents and secretaries and stuff, so they're numbered.

Yeah it's read as "secretaria primera" in this text. And Prime Secretary is a good translation, though First Secretary is good too because job titles like these are literally numbered. Primera Secretaria, Segunda Secretaria, Tercera Secretaria, etc.
