Asexual ruins the fun
I find shit like Stellar Blade really incredibly offputting and gross though, Idk. Even Bayonetta was kinda pushing it for me and that's a game I really like. The male gaze makes me so goddamn uncomfortable when I can sense it, and I feel like most games have it. The constant upskirts in Nier Automata.........i can relate to getting grossed out, especially with stellar blade which to me the main character's face looks like a teenager.
Yeah when something is very directed at "straight man" horniness it's kind of yuck.
