I think this article probably has genz in mind. Millenials are in their 30s and 40s, they're not bringing in new cultural trends to work.
I dunno, I like to think I'm still skewing stats and throwing curveballs that the middle managers haven't seen yet.
No, it actually talks about how trends are different between the two groups, with gen z more likely to openly complain about unfair treatment, and millennials more likely to quietly circumvent unfair policies without speaking to managers about them.
not reporting PTO isn't a new cultural trend tho
