In case anyone reading this comment has intercontinental nuclear weapons:
It seems this man's too preoccupied with his brain leaking out of his ears to remember the launch codes to retaliate. Strike first, strike hard.
For the longest time launch codes were all zeroes, because they're not the only thing needed to launch the nukes and when you actually want to launch the nukes you don't wanna accidentally forget the codes.
