This is a science community. We use the Dawkins definition of meme.
Is it? I just looked at the top three months for this comm and it wasn't posted even once.
Maybe pay more attention to where you are.
Maybe not on this instance but I tend to browse "everything" (not just "subscribed") since the Lemmyverse isn't that big.
EDIT: Here's a previous one. https://lemmy.ml/post/17286836
Also you should totally go there, it's pretty cool IRL :)
Ok. So, not here at all. Thank you for proving yourself wrong.
If you expect anyone to search through every single comm and instance before you post I don't think this type of forum is for you.
Maybe it’s a sign you need to take a break from lemmy if you’re seeing the same content too much. Also that was incredibly rude.
Yeah you're right. I was in a foul mood and shouldn't have commented. Sorry 😞
If it fits the community, just post away. Not everyone browses All.
Yeah, especially if someone isn't just cross-posting to multiple communities.
Natural reposts by different users in different communities are healthy and expected, especially on defederated social media (if you can call Lemmy that). It's nobody's personal feed.
