Chinese games are adhering to Sturgeon's law too unfortunately. Main problem for the Chinese indies are lack of translations, presumably because they are indies, but if state's going to drop some funds there improving this situation would be welcome.

I think that the Chinese gaming industry is currently in a "Slavjank" phase where they have fresh ideas and ambitious concepts but are held back by lack of experience and polish.

Possibly (i really just want them to churn out turn based wuxia and xianxia games and those are maddeningly often untranslated).

If you like Slay the Spire, Yao Guai Hunter is just like that but with better mechanics, better characters, better graphics, better replayability but sadly much less mods.
