I am 99% certain this dude is a comrade. I've watched most of his videos and he certainly has anticapitalist sentiments which is not surprising for an actual city planner.
Anyone who's ever had to hear an old rich white NIMBY talk at a city council meeting should be a Maoist if not at least an anti-capitalist.
