Hmmmm no. Thats a stupid way of thinking.

I dont actually think the gesture itself needs to be banned by law (waste of taxes, because as you say they just invent new ones), but the people using it should be shunned and socially banned from participating in anything. And calling in an ambassador is perfectly in line with that.

They have murdered many people so suggesting they arent "relevant enough" to notice is completely absurd.
