MODERATORS
They’re either very cheap or free. Bootlegs also sell very well because of this. I have a number of bootleg consoles with 16-bit era games packed into them

True, but most people here (including me) don’t know how to pirate or own a pc. Is there a way to do it on smartphones or tablets?
