Gen X here and I didn't know it wasn't a sex toy until I saw your comment.
Why not both?
I suspect that would be unsanitary?
That's why people get tested regularly.
Looks a bit like some 4-way old fix telephone hub.
It's basically an electric version of hot potato, The item in my Amazon wishlist is called lightning reaction.
