rule rot lingo (lemmy.world)

The brain rot question probably doesn't mean anything, but here's my interpretation:

"Do you use degenerate/terminally online(goon cave munting) lingo(Carti) to try and be cool(baby gronk), infamous(Andrew Tate), and funny(Colleen Ballinger) to people that don't understand what you're talking about(Smurf, Shmlawg)?"

Something along those lines anyhow. The question might have made her question her whole existence. She also seems shocked about being a relic of a time where no one used or understood brain rot. Her gimmick isn't new anymore, so where does that leave her?

Thankfully, my brain rot of overthinking silly shit was always stale, so I don't have her problems ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's a reference to a trend where people walk up to someone(the subject) while recording them and ask "English or Spanish?", then the cameraman says "move if you're gay" or "move if you're gay"(in spanish) depending on which language the subject speaks. Then the subject and cameraman freeze and a song plays with the lyrics "baby, you got something in your nose...".

Some subjects respond with a completely different language like Italian, at which point the cameraman says "move if you're gay"(in italian) and the scene plays out as usual with the freezing and whatnot
