People have been tricked by movies into thinking feds are cool headed geniuses.
In reality they are some of the biggest dumbass meatheads. Turns out intelligence usually requires empathy.
Mental intelligence? Not really. You can be the biggest psychopath who sees the world with numbers that can be solved and eventually make a bomb that answers your equation. If you mean field intelligence, that requires at the very least the ability to feign empathy. We’ve seen enough CIA meddling to know these people do not have souls. Although, morality is ultimately in the eyes of the beholder.
