Imagine how soul-crushing and frankly inhumane even the highest echelons of 9-5 white collar wage slavery are that people who lived on borrowed time fighting a guerilla war against
knowing that their lives could be brutally ended in a moment's notice look back on those violent times with yearning and nostalgia in comparison.
