Women can have big noses and freckles? A lot of Latinas have noses like this.
Do latinas have pixelated noses? It looks like someone attempted to Photoshop her nose
Pixelated Latinas do. Her nose stands out bc of her freckles and highlights in the image, but the rest of her face is just as pixelated.
