Unfortunately, a lot of times, the cops know they aren't paid enough to deal with SovCit shit, so they just let them go if they even bother to pull them over in the first place.

Presumably until you get into a car accident or pulled over for any other reason. Then, it's probably off to jail with you. At least I hope.

I wonder what their response to a request to see a visa or green card would be, since they claim not to be US citizens.
