What about the risks of the having to pay for kids? How does the UK handle this?
Oh we just let people with no means to pay for kids keep breeding continuously and demand state hand outs.
Sounds better than when we let those with the means, and then some, get state handouts...
I agree, although that’s significantly less of a drain on the treasury due to much lower numbers.
