To be fair, you can advocate for a group you aren't a part of. I advocate for LGBTQIA rights and I'm none of those.

That's not an inherent red flag.

Their website is full of language implying it is about Gen Zers standing up for themselves. Lots of We's and US's.

They're a Political Action Committee for the Democrat party. I wish a person could dig deeper than that, but it's a PAC. Sometimes you can derive more info by reading about a PAC's founder but this time It appears to just be some diehard neoliberal.
