Average ero-guru anime/manga. Not for everyone. as horror often isn't.
the character is a teenager, that's the biggest issue here. the ero part of that subgenre should not apply to her at all
I have my own thoughts on a situation like this being depicted to an adult and how this is often a very clumsy and cheap way to force character growth
Pretty difficult to see a mainstream anime/manga that doesn't do that in some level. I don't think that this is okay, but we need to recognize that this is a much bigger problem.
Well, technically Dandandan is a Shounen, made for teenagers. I have more problems with an adult drawing that, actually.
But anyway, I don't believe that the eroticism in ero-guru is made to make viewers horny, on the contrary.
