EVERY SINGLE EXTRA IN EVERY SCENE is a secret hero of the republic jedi who escaped the purge and is involved in secret rebellion business, as revealed in Tales of the Jedi issue 42069 originally published in 1993 and elevated to C canon by Disney in 2017.
