As per the judgement: "You see, what most Americans simply don't understand is that the billionaires are the law. If there is a law that they broke, no they didn't. That is not to say that the law now goes away, it will be applied to you in force if you are not a billionaire."

Which is a huge problem. The people who have been tasked with shouldering the difficult decisions of our legislative and judicial systems are derelict of duty.
