fwiw: i know that mariner in lower decks dated a andorian woman; but i can't remember if there's any mention of her being bi or any man.
She's bi. She has been shown to be turned on by Ransom from time to time and a few other hetero instances.
Also, she specifically says her "type" is bad boys, bad girls, bad non-binary babes, bad Bynars, and ruthless alien masterminds.

now i'm going to have to binge watch the series again to find this.
Lower Decks is doing this very interesting thing where we get to know Starfleet officers' flaws before we get to know their strengths. That's not really been a thing in prior Trek series.
