Excellent point. They'll have to come up with a new system or maybe just different branding. My hunch is that it will be effectively vouchers but they'll give it another name like SchoolChoice or FreedomEducation something.

"school choice" is already the current euphemism, they'd have to either come up with something else or just hope slapping trump's name on it pushes it over the line
