I saw a video on YouTube about this thing couple of months ago. Sure the house is $1, but it will need tens of thousands of dollars in repair sometimes.
Tens of thousands is pretty damned cheap for a house though.
Very valid point and I'll not argue with you on that. Consider my statement more of a buyer beware.
Yeah this has been going on for years. The headline makes it sound like this is a new thing in the past month.
