That guy wants way more sun than it's probably getting inside. I wonder if it's doing better because the sun angle is more severe as we approach the winter solstice, meaning you get more sun in through your window
I don’t mind keeping it outside but it’s getting to the point of the year where it gets cold at night. I have found a wide range of answers on if they can handle winter weather. Do you have personal experience with them? I’d love to hear what you think!
I’m in north Texas so it doesn’t usually get THAT cold, but I can always bring it in on freezing nights if necessary.
It doesn't like the cold at all, you can keep outside as long as it's not going below 50. Asparagus ferns however are similar and could go in the ground and overwinter in DFW
