Is Ozempic so widespread that it would make an impact? It's a weekly injection. I would not think that's very appealing to a lot of people who aren't diabetic and need it to live.
I had no idea about this side effect though.
That's interesting and very welcome if it somehow moves companies away from highly processed foods. Though knowing them, it probably just moves the target towards creating processed food targeted at Ozempic users that bypass this new repulsion.
12% of Americans have used Ozempic and 6% are currently on it! That is potentially a huge loss in customers for the fast food industry.
Oh wow, 12% and 6% are much higher number than I would have thought. No wonder I keep hearing about it in news if its that widespread.
In next month's news: Ozempic being bought by Nestle
And that might be the exact 6% that keeps the junk food industry thriving
