To create exceptional games, you should consider recruiting the talented developers who previously left Blizzard and Activision. Provide them with the creative freedom to innovate and produce content without restrictive constraints. Focus on delivering quality experiences rather than maximizing revenue through excessive DLCs. Additionally, open-source the game code and encourage community-driven modding to foster a vibrant, engaged player base.
