It likely depends on where you're located. Don't want you to doxx yourself but if you're in or near a major metro area knowing which might help someone connect you with a resource. Sorry I don't have much else to offer here I just know a lot of these sorts of resources are often local rather than national or global

If you're in the US one thing you can look for as well is sexual health advocacy / organizations. Obviously and unfortunately abuse and sexual health often have a ton of overlap so although said organization may not specifically be able to help you they may be able to recommend you to someone who can. Often with these sorts of things you gotta get a bit creative to find the path to the resource that can help you. I have a lot of questions on how to deal with this situation. I don't want to get anyone hurt, but I feel I have to take action.
As mentioned earlier, it really depends on where you are.
I kind of hate to refer someone to 
, but this may be best answered by posting your situation in your local town/city subreddit and asking for advice. Every time I see someone do that where I live there's a lot of good advice from people who know a lot about what options are available.
