Buzzkill was one of the best apps I've ever bought. Combo with Tasker and you can get things like automatic pinned "where did I park" GPS notices when you leave the car, mute a group chat if say 3 messages come through within 5 minutes, etc.
Nothing good comes out of Altoona, look at their fucking "pizza"
I would argue that nobody should own a home they don't actually live in. All renting out does is increase the housing cost overall because nobody would ever operate at a loss or to break even. This is the issue people have with say, Blackrock who buys hundreds of homes at a time and rents them out.
Your family aren't bad people but the business they decided to take up is inherently bad by design. If the law changed tomorrow saying all multi homes must sell to non homeowners, everyone would watch prices drop and be able to afford it.
Using homes as an investment is at its basics, exploiting a need by interpreting it as a want or practical goods. Homes are for living in. The housing industry views homes like commodities as if people have a wide choice and selection when it's really "Omg we can afford this one that popped up randomly, we have 12 hours to decide if we want to pay 50k more to beat others away" and then lose anyway after bidding to Blackrock who pays 100k over asking.
Also incoming soon: a new definition of communism and why the mexicans/jews/black/gays/etc all seem to fit the definition
They will never look at a room of 10 people and figure out it's not 9 v 1 but they're the 1 v 9. If everyone in the whole country but you is crazy, then perhaps you're the crazy one.
It's always so weird because it's not like you can go to your primary doctor and say "I want X drug" right? Like, if there was a reason to give you a drug for something the doctor would have prescribed it. Also not ask you how you felt about them, just that here is X drug for your Y problem. If that doesn't work we try Z.
Or do people actually swap doctors over and over for months until they get one who says "ok dude"?
We don't know anything and ask for information from everyone.
No we won't share any of our information with you back, get rekt.
BTW the drones over NJ and the UK are not a threat. Also we don't know what they are.
I saw this posted in the UFO subreddit earlier when the photos of that glowing plane thing showed up. Newest NJ submissions are also saying one looks like a plane flying sideways on its wings though, like left/right instead of front to back. Very similar to this, maybe it's our tech and we're testing international responses or flexing as a show of force? Either it's all scary and unknown and we're getting invaded (alien or china/russia) or it's ours and we know it, hence the "not a threat" stuff we keep being told is real. Unknown until proven but it's interesting either way I guess.

I can't stand this "not a good look" talk when democrats have to basically be squeaky cleak that they can't even own a peanut farm or swear and yet 10 years into the "grab them by the pussy" guy who makes fun of disabled people, women, calls everyone names including his own party... Nobody bats an eyelash. I don't care if Joe Biden lied for his son at this point, Donald pardoned and will continue to pardon dozens of family and staff and insurrectionists. It's ok for Trump to lie about not knowing project 2025 and then immediately hire everyone involved with it days later... But Biden can't lie once. Got it.
It's a poison pill for pardons. Either they are essentially absolute and irreversible, or they aren't and all of the ones Trump made and will make are up for debate. He can grumble all he wants but for Trump to call this pardon "such an abuse and miscarriage of justice" is absolutely laughable given the decade of insanity and illegal stuff coming out of his orange anus. The toilet photo of all the documents should have been enough to jail this man for life in a black site but I guess justice is a miscarriage after all.
Since literally everything in the government seems to be getting dismantled, what companies are going to pick up the pieces for these sectors? If we are drowning in a sinking ship we can at least invest in a life boat to buy eggs with and fight the impending inflation. The goal seems to shift trillions from government funding to private sectors and deregulate to let the friends of Trump get even wealthier.
Elon also is heading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)... I bet they will substitute crypto for cash and pump/dump the nation. Honest opinion? Buy doge coin and bitcoin because inflation will skyrocket if Trump gets to print dollars and slap 100% tarrifs on food and Chinese imports (aka all products you buy). People will park their money in transient currencies and hard assets like houses and watch trump lower interest rates to refinance his real estate and his buddies too. Refinance your home, borrow cash and buy crypto, ride that wave before it burns down.
There's a whole crypt of nicely dressed absolutely dead people who most certainly don't need to be wearing rubies and gold and diamonds all over their bones.
