That BBC article does not give a decent overview. It's hard to imagine a worse source. Google "lily cade BBC" and you'll see what I mean

Yeah a lot of people love pam the bird. I guess public enjoyment isn't the problem though, it's that graffiti artists claim public spaces. The city belongs to the council not the public 😡
