-My big sister's own friends.

-People i know in the music academy.

-Elephants can't jump.

-Starfish don't brains.

-Cheetahs are almost literally giant housecats: they purr, they meow, they don't attack humans and are surprisingly easy to tame.

For now, i don't know how to explain it and make it comprehensible to tech illiterate, let alone incite them to give a try for longer than the very short term.

If you are yourself a tech illiterate, which method worked for you?

If the tech illiterate is someone you know, which method was successful to convince them?

Hello, maybe it's out of scope of this community, but it's an haunting question i can't answer and i hope someone could do it for me: what's the logic behind the reasoning of Jenner about the trans cause? It seems that she zigzags permanently in this subject. She in turn:

-a misaimed transactivist

-a boomrang bigot

-disinteresed of transactivism

-asking seemingly deliberately to leopards to eat her face

-whining when it happens but still loyal to the said leopards

-advocating for the said leopards going vegan

I don't get the logic behind her reasoning since it's not remotely consistent (outside her endorsement to the GOP), it's worse than people who are stubborn about their opinions, who are at least coherent with themselves.

-When i screamed to a person because she was abusive towards a friend who has really a heart of gold. Usually, i never scream to anyone and feel guilty pretty easily, so people must have seriously crossed the line.

-When i ask for a hug. I'm not tactile and hugging is uncomfortable for me, even with persons i like, so when i'm the one who ask, be sure i really really like you.

Punishing a politician by electing one who is even worse according your own standards. In my country, this is called "voting for the fox because the rooster is crowing out of tune".

à 90% approval is to be expected when opposition doesn't have virtually any platform to express themselves and criticize the government. In a country where medias are thightly controlled and censored and where criticizing the government put you or your family in danger, you can't blame people for their political opinion.

That's pretty unfair to blame Russians for what is happening to them. Their country has never been remotely democratic, they don't have any control over what their governments is doing, and have virtually no chance to even hope to overthrow Putin since it ended very badly for the ones who tried. I'll even say that people on this videos are real heroes since what they are saying could be enough to send them in jail.

There are some reasons why you can have an incomplete picture of maga.

-If you live in an information bubble where the only thing you see are from bootlickers.

-If you have been raised by a politically charged family, if not in a -literal or not- cult.

-If the cognitive dissonance makes you ignore some things unconsciously.

And among the testimonies on the site, there are people who were supportive to MAGA while being aware of what they are, then did an heel-face turn.

It's pretty courageous to change our mind about politics and admit we were wrong or blindfolded. Instead of being stubbornly mad at them, we should support them.

Even if you were a furry, you wouldn't deserve death threats. I'll never understand why furries attract so much hate.

Never heard about the guy before his death, but to my credit, i live in Europe. Paradoxically, his death looks like a benediction for the reps, they have now a new pretext to cancel or condemn the dems, they just have to look a bit too happy about his assassination.
