Rest of the world: WTF! Hell no!

Australia: Awww, that's just a small browniewompy. They only attack mindlessly anything in immediate vicinity. That's harmless, they only melt your blood veins unless you get antidote within 2.5 seconds.

I would love for my 40k groups five year group chat to be leaked. My theories about Alpharius is valid I tell you.

Nononono, do it go! We haven't even gotten to the part with Valdor, and the Emperor yet.

Billabong sweater, or T-shirt over long arms. Oakleys, baggy low on the hip jeans and (possibly JNCO even if I prefered other brands) DC skateboard shoes. Soundtrack - The Offspring - Conspiracy of One. I would jack back into 2000 in an instant

If these kind of requests are not allowed I apologize.

I am looking for the name of a contemporary sci-fi TV show. American, English language. Its from between 2011 and 2016. Just one season as far as I know. The premise is that a matchmakers wife is "assumingly" kidnapped. Turns out he is the double (possible clone?) of an WW2 SS-officer, and are unknowing part of an larger world conspiracy. Trying to bring about the end if the world? I remember the last scene were one of the main antagonists (now blinded) are waiting in line to see a healer who was revealed in the show.

Edit: ChatGPT solved it.

I spent so many years in the army I am stil not really de-institutionalized. I made my bed every day as a student with bed spread as I didn't want to dirty my bed clothes I'm case someone sat on the bed (small room). I still fold clothes for easy counting. I used to make my wife super angry when I complained about clutter "in the common rooms" as I always took my comic, book or whatever with me as I left the room.

Tbh I only ever got positive comments from the women I dated.

I will now cut back on all social media. Lemmy included as I get a depression from what's happening in the US. What is painfully obvious is that we Europeans must stop fucking around and federate so that we have a fucking chance wedged in between despots and idiots.

Norwegian here. I quit reddit and joined Lemmy after the API debacle. Installed mint because of W11. (A big factor was how Steam and proton enables me to play games)

Can't say either Lemmy or Linux has gotten any media attention in the big news sources as far as I can see.

I am the only one in my circle of friends that quit Reddit (most follow the various 40k reddits, and they have no replacement in federated options)

Norwegian here. Not that often I think of India tbh, but here is a short bullet point list

  • Massive overpopulation
  • Rich and dirt poor at the same time
  • Castes
  • Politically governed by nationalists
  • Rape stories
  • Massive market thats the only reason we care about India
  • Good tech industry (moon landing?)
  • Don't go to Kashmir
  • Holi
  • Bollywood
  • "Indian" food (know that some protein in some sauce with nan and rice is not all an entire subcontinent can offer)

Last show I saw about India was that James May show on Amazon

I installed Linux on my gfs (now wife) old laptop years ago when the beginner distros was way less user friendly. When I asked on a forum for help it was just the sound of crickets. When she made her first post starting with "my boyfriend installed Linux and I don't understand how to..." They fucking fell out trees to answer her questions
