i think the way they want it to be understood is "if elected, i will so thoroughly address all of the issues you care about that you don't have to vote on them again", which is kind of reasonable until you try working out how that would happen

clearly foreign adversaries are trying to sap and impurify our precious bodily fluids

i know at one point they were quite proud to have a federal (DHS i think?) cybersecurity department on there. like, there was an announcement. this was a couple years ago, so i guess stuff may have changed since then, but i don't trust like that.

so, start with:

x = 0.999...

now multiply each side by 10

10x = 9.9999....

now we subtract x from the left side, and 0.999... from the right, which is fine because they are equal:

9x = 9

and from there it should be fairly obvious that x is also equal to 1, which means 0.999... is also equal to 1

i don't consider anti-communist NATO "leftists" to be on the left. if you are palling around with Vaush, it's pretty clear what's up.

one of those "why i left the left" people. like, clearly was just riding the wave of popular sentiment from Bernie running, and now pushing some very reactionary shit

the coolest part of the ruling is that congress gets to decide what "insurrection" means re: the 14th amendment. get ready for a whole lot of red baiting targeting the most centrist of dems so that they can be "credibly accused" of insurrection.

you come onto the Posters Instance, and complain about people posting about one of the most postable topics in existence

this is only barely a story. i have very little confidence in western news reporting on anonymous sources out of china. i am very willing to believe that this official is getting removed because of the backlash to this, as china does have a reputation for having actual consequences to fucking up their economy, but anything beyond "we aren't going to do the regulations exactly like that" is completely unfounded speculation

sometimes it's difficult to know where to look for good material on a subject, especially as search engines get inundated with seo approved llm generated garbage. discussions are a great way to spread around well written arguments and relate them to current topics, and i think we owe it to each other to share the good material we find.
