Charlie Brown sits on the floor reading. He says,"Gee, this man is so famous they put his picture on the cover of a magazine"

He walks off to Patty sitting on the floor playing with her doll. He asks,"Patty, do you think I'll ever be on the cover of a magazine?"

He looks at the reader as she puts her doll down and replies,"Sure, if it's a comic magazine!"

He grits his teeth and chases her. She runs along saying, "Sometimes I get the best of that ol' Charlie Brown!"

She watches Charlie Brown tossing ice onto the lawn. He says,"Ice cubes! I scatter 'em on the lawn, and let 'em melt!"

They stop and Snoopy sits. She continues,"No movies, no baseball, no television...."

They start walking again and Charlie Brown concludes,"Dogs have really got it rough!"

He sits on the ground watching her walk away saying, "No one is allowed in there unless he has wings!"

She turns around as Snoopy sits back in the bath flapping his ears.

Snoopy sits watching as she walks by pulling the wagon with her. She turns to him and says,"If I can't keep you away from my garden, I'll have to keep my garden away from you!"

She turns to Charlie Brown who has his hands cupped closed. She asks,"What are you holding in your hands, Charlie Brown?"

They both look at him as he exclaims,"Soup!"

Snoopy sits and looks up at her questioningly as she turns to look at him and says,"Hmm...."

He stoops in front of him and exclaims,"All you have to do is hold still...the game won't last forever!"
