Yes, Americans come to Canada for surgery. But there's nothing Trump can do to stop it without restricting the free movement of American citizens.

I suppose we'll have to see how the legislation banning people from traveling to other states for abortion care works out, because that's clearly going to be the framework used to target trans Americans.
