Part of you is oxygen you inhaled.
Most of that oxygen has been around I would think, but I guess some atoms would've come from recent micrometeorites or whatever.
I guess, some bacteria might have made it into your body in other ways, but might still be considered part of you in the wider sense...?
Plus there's all those microplastics mixed in there.
Those were also arguably food at some point

I don't think so, more like you are built of nutrients you get from food you eat so technically you are the food you ate.
