I mean, like. She's not ugly, and he's kirk, so, like that went without saying. or showing.

Be funny to see a spoof of this where he messes up and tries to hook up with an alien who has Vagina Dentata or something.

there was that one episode with the shape shifting salt fiend.

It’s too late; I’ve already seen everything.

Hey now, he didn't bang the incredibly beautiful android Andrea (Sherry Jackson), though I'll admit he kissed her twice and got slapped by her.

though I’ll admit he kissed her twice and got slapped by her.

this says more about Andrea than Kirk. Mostly that she has good taste.

Doesn't Look Like An Alien To Me 👽

You'd be surprised by how many species in Trek are just strait up humans. That's not even accounting for the 18ish Progenitor offspring groups.

We got all sorts of aliens in trek. We got humans with weird ears. Humans with spots. Humans with weird foreheads. Humans with weird big ears. We even have human robots.

Don't forget Humans with perfectly Human features, but aren't human.

[-] loomy@lemy.lol 1 points 3 weeks ago

I think there were even some humans

I read a book a while ago called The Annotated Chronicles that included a "boot scene" and the margins included a note from one of the authors about how Kirk inspired the idea. I hadn't seen Star Trek, nor did I know anything about it, so I didn't get the reference until just now. Your meme just resolved a 15-year gap in knowledge for me.

~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
