I like how the Palestinian kid is white.
It's actually a cashmere skin tone, which is more middle eastern than it is white caucasian. I use pastel colors in my drawings, #EFC29F (the kid's skin tone) is a "pastelization" of #E6BEA5 (cashmere).

Man I just disagree. Nuance doesn't mean you can't still choose a side. People who hide behind nuance as an excuse to not have an opinion have really given nuance a bad name.
