This kind of reminds me of how every several years it seems like a group of pedo's tries to portray themselves as an oppressed minority, and try to "join" LGBT+ spaces. Hard to say how much was genuine vs anti-lgbt astroturfing. I wonder if they will pop up again in all this.
I feel like I remember a college dorm mate telling me about NAMBLA and Butterfly Kisses? The fact that people were so nonchalant to have public meetings like that was horrifying. And he was so matter-of-fact about all of it. I should have caught on sooner just how fucked up he was...
I know about NAMBLA from South Park, (National American Marlin Brando Lookalike Association) but do I want to know what Butterfly Kisses is?
On one hand I feel like I should, on the other, ignorance may be blissful and I have no desire to search it.
This is REALLY good news, because Republicans on the committee also voted to subpoena. There's a chance that the Epstein files will be seen by this committee—that is HUGE.
Three Republicans on the panel voted with Democrats for the subpoena, sending it through on an 8-2 vote tally.
The Republican subcommittee chairman, Rep. Clay Higgins of Louisiana, said that work was beginning to draft the subpoena but did not give a timeline for when it would be issued.
Again, I will never get excited about Trump being held accountable until it happens.

They're already flipping their brains upsidedown to believe Trump's line that its all a Democrat hoax. The fact that the Dems are pushing to release will only "prove" to them that Trump is right.
It’s also great because they can’t “both sides” the issue. Like, it’s not “the government elite” but just their idolized Republicans being shitty.
