Weapons purchased in Israel by authorities ended up in the hands of Mexican cartels, activists say.

At the end of 2020, the Mexican Commission for the Defense and Promotion of Human Rights revealed which gunsmiths based in Europe and Israel exported thousands of weapons to the country for use by state and municipal police. However, their use has not been exclusive to security forces, but has also been used by organized crime groups in Mexico that use the borders to smuggle illegal weapons.

Activists point out that, in the context of the massacre in Gaza and growing international condemnation of the Israeli regime's war crimes and acts of genocide, the authorities should not purchase weapons from a flagship company of the Zionist regime's military-industrial complex.

Organized crime stole or repurchased weapons from police officers to use against them. Rifles, submachine guns, and handguns with high-precision Israeli technology have been found in recent years, in the hands of hitmen, in safe houses and warehouses, mainly in Mexican states where cartels control large areas.

Activists point out that it is worrying that the weapons available to organized crime have increased exponentially, and even more worrying that they originate from Israel, which is now playing a genocidal role in Palestine since the resumption of hostilities on October 7, 2023.

It’s all a big fucking racket. U.S. government uses public funding to purchase weapons from private weapons manufacturers to give to and sell to their NATO allies and other outpost states around the world like Taiwan, Israel and Ukraine. Then the corrupt governments in those countries sell the excess on black markets around the globe

Alex Avina has been a guest on various podcasts discussing the zio Latin American connections including weapons sales.

Apparently, israel was one of the most indebted nations on earth in the 1980s before selling weaponry to fascist regimes and groups in Latin America, etc

Edit: to add to this, they will ruin everyone's lives, subjugate them, inject chaos, etc like Libya, Syria, etc... these people (imperialists) don't care about anything except their own benefit. Humanity means nothing to them

Same thing happened in africa. They also pioneer dissident "management" methods, like training the police force of other countries, or surveillance tech. Yes they introduced the kneeling method which killed George Flyod. Palestinians are just a large test population for the oppressive methods of that the "other" parts of the empire will use in the future.

I thought USA invented this and trained iof to do it?

I did not that about the kneeling method but not surprised. It's all connected and these methods are shared by the monsters.

Actually does this count as an imperial boomerang? Until those weapons in the hands of cartels are turned on the US (and I don't see that happening) this is really just two birds with one stone. The US gets to undermine Mexico's sovereignty and gains an excuse to start drone strikes on Mexico.

Almost like it's intentional.

Not only these but it could also mean even more violence against our rural, indigenous, and working class communities. All of what is carefully explained in Drug War Capitalism book.
