Trump is putting his loyalists in charge of all government agencies though. So any manager who doesn't obey will end up fired and replaced by someone who will.
And I'm sure his loyalists aren't even competent enough to know the difference either. They have their heads so far up their ass you could probably show them a video of a completely different satellite burning up in the atmosphere and they'd believe it.
