This is absolutely insane and highly illegal. The government cannot just kick down a whole apartment building full of doors, enter homes, and arrest people at random without a warrant or exigent circumstances. The law is quite settled on this.
The "law" is being ignored as it was in pre- Nazi Germany when the brown shirts started arresting and beating and intimidating people. There is no law currently.
The big problem is that there IS law: the kind that favors the government. As of right now, people can't go out and crush some ICE without the courts and police doing something about it.
