I'm 100% confident he isn't the one who is creating these. But I'm also not sure who is the one coming up with the ideas for these posts. Is it him? Does his publicist suggest these and he approves? Do his people just post autonomously without the need for his approval?
Do you really believe he was even smart enough to make this? Not only would he have to know where to go online, then figure out the correct prompt, then figure out how to get past the restrictions for creating famous people. And after all of this, edit all those short clips into a video with the appropriate sound track. The man doesn’t even understand the concept of going to the store to buy groceries.

Beyond how puerile it is, the thing that gets me is how it doesn't meaningfully interact with the protests. Flying a jet to literally fling poo doesn't say the protests are wrong or cast them in any particular light. It just says he is capable of flinging poo (and, wishfully, flying a jet without rioting out of both ends).
