I think it's fair, long range missiles are the "diplomatic weapon". Give long range missiles to Sweden and also Cuba, Venezuela, the Sahel States, Colombia, Mexico, Bolivia and any other small country that feels threatened by a military superpower. That'll ensure no more wars. \s
