This hits. My birthday is only 20 days from Xmas. Everyone always saved the good stuuf for the other guy's birthday.

Mine is the 23rd. Arguably the worst day to have a birthday on because people are irritable, broke, impatient, stressed to the max. Traffic sucks as last minute shoppers buzz around in desperation. No holiday spirit, just pure rage and stress.
That's why I celebrate my birthday on July 1st now. Canada Day for me, so I get fireworks, warmth and happiness.
