Respect. I am so disappointed with what YouTube has become. Everything feels so hyper-optimized for clicks now and there are way too many ads.

I use Ublock Origin with Firefox and it works well on my win10 laptop. I use Brave on my Ipad and it works "alright-ish" but well enough. There are a lot of options to remove the ads. Highly recommend checking some out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pp9MwZkHiMQ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uB0gr7Fh6lY, both for relevance of the topic and general presentation. Benn Jordan is a pretty cool dude

I discovered Jet Lag: The Game this year. I particularly like Tag Eur It 3 and AU$TRALIA games. They are also availalbe on Nebula.

That is such a hard question. Youtube is my throwaway repacement type of watch. The thing in the background while I do other things. I mean there are creators who I always like their fare and catching colbert and the occasional snl and last week tonight is nice. Im sure there have been some that at the time I was like. omg. this is hilarious, and I go call my wife over. Thing is its sorta flash in the pants and then I forget.

There were two videos that I thought of but I couldn't settle for just one, so I'm putting both. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZ86tRE_JG0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZraD27P_mMo

I think I'll mention "★☆SPARKLE ON RAVEN: The Life of DrillGirl☆★ Ep 1: The Perfect Perfect School Year". It's from a few years ago, but I first saw it this year, and that's all that matters for the purposes of this question, right? I could certainly mention a number of other YT videos I saw this year, that were made this year; but for the most part YouTube just feels like overly short or overly long disposable one-time slop, right? By contrast, Sparkle on Raven and other "fanime" I saw this year are things I've actively returned to, shown others, referenced, and reflected on, so their impact on me has lasted for more than just one week.
