NTR is known for getting kind of extreme. It's not really just cheating, it's kinda more about humiliating the cuckold and completely ruining his life.
It seems to also be a big "trigger" for a lot of otaku who mald over any apparent pairing, real or imagined, other than their chosen OTP ship in a series, and will scream that something is NTR for not going along with their OTP.
