I beat Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined last night, I'm currently looking for something relatively short to play now.
So much for relatively short, I'm playing FF16 lol
It was a week to forget. Between an 8 hour hospital visit and then struggling to work afterwards (doctors figured the work wouldn't hurt too much) I've been very tired.
I did play through cocoon, a puzzle game like inside, with an interesting jumping inside worlds to solve puzzles. Takes about 4 or 5 hours. Fun, not too hard.
I also took blue prince to about as far as I want to, (sat on the throne, and opened all the doors in the crate tunnel). I read what comes next and im good for now. Maybe in a year I'll get the itch to see it through but for now I'll let it be.
A little bit of khazan. It continues to exist. It's definitely mediocre souls like, worse than nioh and generally just fairly bland. Itemization is easier than nioh, so that's something. But enemies are neither dangerous enough nor is there enough if them to make for a challenge.
Debating returning everspace 2, which I was have more fun with.
Slay the spire 2 early access this week as well so I'll enjoy that.
Spent a few hours on Star Citizen and art of rally, plus doing the daily and participated in the larger battle in Helldiver's 2.
Still playing around with Sonic. 3 is done and dusted, finished it multiple times with sonic, tails, and sonitails.
I finished Resident Evil Village and the DLC last night. It took me a few months because 2/3rd through the game, I was running into a consistent crash in a single room that I was required to go through. Then I saw REFramework posted somewhere and it fixed it when nothing else did. Now I'm finished with every new gen main RE game (2 REmake, 3REmake, 4 and 4 REMake, 5, 6, 7, 8/Village). I liked it more than 7 but it's a little weird going from the 30~ hour length of RE4/the remake to the 10 hrs it took to finish Village. I typically like short games but I think the design of these could justify a longer length and keep things interesting since they have already done it with 4 and 5.
I want to move onto Requiem but I aint buying it or using a hypervisor from a rando that is likely to blow up my PC. So maybe when it gets a real crack in a year or two.
After finishing the Yakuza 0 story and I think about 50% of side content roughly I've started Yakuza Kiwami and am again, in awe. They're all so much videogame
Finally have one of each warframe in Warframe, now I just need to get the last couple weapons and I'll be down to waiting for prime resurgences for the other weapons I can't get.
Played a bit more Ace Combat 7, it's fine, enjoyed the level with the narrow canyons and the one where you have to pop up above the clouds for a short bit due to "satellite-guided missiles", but the actual dogfighting is still kinda mid. I assume there's more to it than just "hold L2+R2 and speen until you get behind them" but so far that seems to work best.
Games
Tabletop, DnD, board games, and minecraft. Also Animal Crossing.
