I was just thinking about that torpedo strike on a old ass ship with no ammunition. Good thing it's at the bottom of the ocean, spilling all of it's fuel and oil.
I don't think a war has bigger footprint than all the backrolled environmental protection laws, and pushing coal and big oil does...
Because those effects will be felt over the - naively hopeful wishful thinking of those wars being over in the close future. Right?
Pushing up the price of oil and stopping production could actually be carbon negative.
Maybe the fastest way to stop this war is to note that there are positive environmental outcomes.
Maybe military industrial complex will soon give him a gringy "clean war" award.
